I am a healer and guide who sees at the level of the soul.  Through years of training and experience, I integrate Energy Medicine, Reiki, intuition, crystals and personal experience to help uncover and reveal, not only the blocks that hold us back, but who we really are and what we are here to do.  

 

Seeing through the periphery and the superficial to the heart and truth with clarity has always been my focus.  My work as an energy healer is guided by my gift to see the energy patterns and truths beyond the surface story.  With a vision and understanding of the energies seen, I then work to help balance, restore, unblock and reveal the natural flow and emergence of your energies.

 

As a child, I felt different, not quite belonging. Considered shy, introverted and dreamy to most - it took decades of navigating beliefs and feelings of self-doubt, fear, low self-esteem and a longing to "fit in".  I have been challenged with more than some, and far less than many, but familiar to so many of us - anxiety, depression, autoimmune diseases, infertility, thrombosis and eczema.  My health journey has led me on a path of unexpected discoveries.  I have navigated a sea of information, treatments and advice.  Each challenge brought with it a new series of insights about myself and my needs, each has been a true gift.  It was not however, until I opened up to who I truly am, faced my fears and embraced my gifts that I truly started to heal.  Not only have I healed myself to be healthier, happier and more vital than ever before, but along the way I also learnt to be my own empowered advocate.  My path led to discovering who I am - and always have been - an empath, a healer, a nurturer and a guide.  I now stand before you ready to guide you on your path to healing and living your truest self.
