What is Energy Medicine and Reiki?
We are all energy and everything around us is energy. We are more than our physical, mental and emotional selves. We are electromagnetic beings - mind, body, soul, spirit - four components of a whole.
Quantum physics is now able to better understand and measure the energetic nature that has been perceived by some for centuries and invisible to most. Energy holds and transfers information which gives birth to our physical, emotional, mental and spiritual bodies. It has many names: Universal Life Force, Source, Chi, Ki, Prana, Mana, Rauch and more. Whatever it is called, it is the energy that shapes the essence of you and the world around you. Energy Medicine and Reiki help to release blocks, emotions and traumas to bring you back into balance and move to wholeness.
We have so much available to us to take care of our physical bodies yet so few of us pay equal attention to our emotional and mental bodies, let alone our energy field / body. True health and wellbeing require attention to all. Just like exercising regularly, brushing your teeth or having a check-up, the more we can illuminate, maintain and serve our energetic body the more we can help to bring ourselves back into alignment living our full selves.
What to expect from an Energy Session?
An energy session with me is a combination of a Soul Reading and an Energy Medicine / Reiki session. I see patterns and movements of energy on a soul level along with the guidance on how to help balance, unblock and restore energy flow. It is the energetic level which informs the emotional, mental and physical levels.

Typically, it is not the story or the details of events, traumas or ailments that are revealed to me, but rather the energetic pattern, purpose or lesson that sits below the surface story. Often a challenge is not just one event but rather many instances attempting to reveal the same information. I see the information first as an image, usually quite abstract, and then the understanding comes along with the guidance on how to shift the energies. I will then use Energy Medicine techniques and Reiki energy along with helping guides to begin to move, heal and restore balance and alignment. I am a guide and a channel to show you the path of your own empowerment and healing while offering a helping hand as you walk forth.
Intuitive Energy and Reiki Sessions
New Client Distance - Remote Reiki / Energy Medicine Session
90 minutes / $120
This session has extra time built in for getting to know you more so that we can hone in more to your needs as well as go through any questions you may have about the session. The session begins with a conversation on the phone or on Zoom followed by an energy session and post conversation. The energy session lasts for about 40 to 45 minutes and may be done while online or offline.
New Client In-person Reiki / Energy Medicine Session
90 minutes / $128
This is an in-person session for new clients which will be held at Legacy of Light in White Bear Lake, Minnesota. There is extra time built into this session for getting to know you so that we can hone in more to your needs as well as go through any questions you may have about the session. The session begins with a conversation followed by a Reiki / Energy Medicine session and post conversation. The energy session lasts for about 40 to 45 minutes. When booking this session please note that your selected appointment time will be pending until confirmation of space availability is made. If your selected time is not available, we will find a time that works!
Distance - Remote Reiki / Energy Medicine Session
60 minutes / $100
This session may be online or offline with a phone or Zoom conversation before and after the session. The energy session lasts for about 40 minutes plus the pre and post conversation. The entire session may be done on Zoom or if you prefer at a pre-arranged time when I connect to your energy at a distance and then send a voice recording of the session to you.
In-person Reiki / Energy Medicine Session
60 minutes / $100
This session is an in-person Reiki / Energy Medicine session which will be held at Legacy of Light in White Bear Lake, Minnesota. The energy session lasts for about 40 minutes plus the pre and post conversation. Animal Distance / Remote Session
60 minutes / $100
Your pet also benefits so much from an energy session! This session is done remotely and includes a phone or Zoom conversation with you before and after the session. The energy session lasts for about 40 minutes plus the pre and post conversation. I will connect to your pet's energy at a distance and then send a voice recording of the session to you.
