Gratitude.
The word that comes to mind every time I use these essential oils. I am grateful for each time I need to shift my emotions, or my energy levels and I have an oil to do that in a moment. I am grateful for every time a family member is under the weather or struggling with a health challenge and I have an effective tool to assist. I am grateful for the healing, hope, purity and love that is found in every drop as it helps us connect to nature, ourselves and our community.

​Although it has been so many years since doTERRA essential oils were not a part of my life, I can still remember what it was like to not have these powerful oils in my life. I had to rely on toxic over the counter pills, or nothing at all. Those niggling things in life which were especially hard as a mother torn between worrying about making my ill child more comfortable, and not wanting to give her something I knew wasn’t good for her. Or those times when I struggled to sleep, battled with my emotions or soothed a child during an outburst, cleaned my home or needed to support my immune system. I know my life would have been so much easier during those times if I had known about these magnificent oils. They are your first line of defense – always should be and always will be.

All the citruses support these properties and lemon in particular is a power house.

BREATHE - Respiratory Blend
Encouraging and maintaining open. easy breathing whether it be for seasonal discomfort, promoting a restful nights sleep, breathing through emotions or meditation. Breathe is a blend of Laurel Leaf, Eucalyptus Leaf, Peppermint Plant, Melaleuca Leaf, Lemon Peel, Cardamom Seed, Ravintsara Leaf, Ravensara Leaf essential oils. A beloved oil by most!
Energetically
Expansion - not just in a physical sense of supporting the respiratory system to expand and open but also energetically. Breathe helps to expand the aura, encouraging feelings of expansion within yourself and thereby showing up with more presence and openness. I also find Breathe is rhythmic and has the ability to harmonize the gentle giving and receiving rhythms within your body like a steady drum beat or the gentle lapping of waves. Breathe is also an oil that is wonderful for easing feelings of anxiety by encouraging deeper breaths. For the same reason it is a great one to use for meditation, yoga or any other exercise.

- Place a drop in the palms of your hands and cup your nose and breath deeply.
- Place in a diffuser and on the bottom of your feet at bedtime.
- Put a drop on your chest before meditation or exercise.

Considered to be the “King of the Oils” for good reason!
Historically frankincense has been considered a holy oil and used for spiritual purposes by many cultures. It is a powerful oil that supports emotional balance by easing the symptoms of emotional distress by promoting relaxation as well as mental focus.
Physically, frankincense my help support healthy cellular function both internally and for the skin while also supporting a healthy inflammatory and respiratory system. *
Frankincense is such a powerhouse oil that it is considered the ‘go to’ oil for most things arising to the saying: “when in doubt use frankincense”.
