Judgement

Judgement.  Do not judge yourself and others so harshly. Every moment and action is a synchronized dance to lead you to the next step of your own discovery.  To put you in the right place, at the right time, with the right people.  Hard and difficult times need to occur just as much as the wonderful and joyful times to be the comparison and the contrast of gratitude.  They are also there to crack you wide open when needed to push you to explore the depths of your soul, the strength of your integrity and the grit of your spine.

Surrender to the process and lay down your wings in the soft bed of trust that you will rise again not only to fly but to soar to heights unknown with the wisdoms to share and palpable compassion to spread.
